To comply with university immunization requirements, follow these steps:

  1. Gather your required records. Please see the Health Requirements page for details on what documents will be required of you.
  2. Scan your records. You can do this with an app such as Adobe Scan. Scanning to a PDF will ensure that your document will upload to our portal quickly and accurately.
  3. Submit your dates and records to the Student Health Portal. You can log in to the Student Health Portal with your TCU student username and password.
