How to Make an Appointment

For an appointment with the student health center, please call 817-257-7940 to speak with a nurse to make an appointment. For sexual health appointments, call 817-257-4624.

If a nurse is unavailable to take your call, please leave the following information in a voice message:

  1. Your name.
  2. Your TCU ID number.
  3. The best phone number for us to call you back.
  4. When you will be available to take the call.

Our nurses return every voicemail with this information by 5PM on weekdays. Please leave one message with all of the above information on our voicemail, and we will call you back in the order the messages are received.

Student Resources

Request medical records from a private health care provider be released to the TCU Health Center or to release your TCU Health Center medical records to an outside licensed healthcare provider. This form may also be used to give TCU providers permission to speak to your family about your recent illness or injury.

If you have a medical emergency call 911, the TCU Campus Police at 817-257-7777 or go to the local emergency room. Hospital and Urgent Care locations close to campus are listed below.

We have staff psychiatrists at the Health Center. Appointments are only available by referral from the Counseling Center or one of the Health Center providers.
