Medicat Help Page

Medicat is hosted off-site and is accessible only via the Microsoft Remote Desktop protocol. You should connect to Medicat using your Medicat username and the domain mct-saas. This looks like mct-saas\1342username

Medicat has a help portal on Zendesk. The portal is a useful resource with articles explaining the ins and outs of Medicat, and is also where you can open a ticket with Medicat Support for specific issues.

If you don’t have a Medicat Help Center account, click on the Sign Up button on the login page. This is a different account from your typical Medicat Account.
