For questions about your bill, email healthcenter@tcu.edu for questions about “Health Center Services” and pharmacy@tcu.edu for “TCU Pharmacy” charges.
For students with private insurance, the Health Center does not bill private insurance and is out of network for all insurers except the Student Health Insurance Plan. Any charges for services provided at the Health Center will be billed directly to the student’s account, and students are responsible for filing claims with their insurance for reimbursement. Reimbursement rates vary depending on the insurance plan. While the Health Center’s lab and imaging partners will bill most major insurance providers, students can provide their insurance card to the Health Center, which will forward the information to these partners to assist with billing. However, coverage for charges from the Health Center or its partners depends on the individual insurance plan, and students on private insurance are ultimately responsible for all incurred charges and filing their claims.
For students enrolled in the Student Health Insurance Plan, charges for services rendered at the Health Center are covered at 100%, and students should not receive a bill from the Health Center.
