Dependents of Insured Students

A student enrolled in the TCU Student Health Insurance Plan may enroll dependents by completing the Dependent Enrollment Form obtained from the Health Center. Dependents cannot be enrolled on-line.

Premium payment for the dependent(s) must be made in the office of Financial Services before the end of the Elect/Waive period, and the form must be returned to the Health Center in order to complete the enrollment process.

Per semester cost is:

$1,176 Spouse Only

$877 Child or Children Only

$1,613 Spouse and Children Only

Deadline to enroll Dependents for the Fall 2008 semester is August 29, 2008. Coverage dates are August 15, 2008 to January 09, 2009. Coverage dates for the Spring semester are January 10, 2009 to August 14, 2009.
