AFTER HOURS INFORMATION

For Students with Aetna Student Health Insurance

Informed Health Line provides 24-hour telephone access to registered nurses who can provide information on a variety of health topics.  You can get answers to your health questions along with recommendations on the best course of action.  This will vary from recommending a trip to the ER to helping you understand your health issue in order to decide on a course of action.  Questions on medications and treatments are answered but the nurses cannot diagnose, prescribe, or give medical advice.  You will receive help in formulating and prioritizing questions to ask your doctor on your next visit.  Your call is strictly confidential.             Call 1-800-556-1555   to reach   Informed Health Line.
