International students are REQUIRED, regardless of classification, to carry the Texas Christian University Student Health Insurance Plan as a minimum standard of coverage and are not eligible for a waiver of the insurance. Exceptions are made only in the case of families with dependents living in the US and students on J visas. Exceptions are considered and determined by the International Office as well as the TCU Health Center. Enrollment is automatic for all students on F1 Visas.

Health Services at TCU's Brown Lupton Health Center are available to all currently enrolled, degree seeking students regardless of their insurance coverage.
